Saturday Night Out

In dire times like this, you need to be thick-skinned or you'll end up starving. That's exactly what I did awhile ago. My roommate invited me to this ale house called Rivertown, where he used to work as a cook. Free bar foods and booze? Well, count me in!

Rivertown is located in a small, quaint town of Snohomish were old buildings had been preserved, making it a tourist attraction. Do I sounded like Rachel Ray of Food Network? Hehehe.

Anyhoo, for starters we had Wasabi Siomai (which nearly killed my sinuses) and Thai Kitchen Pizza for main course. Thai Pizza is similar to eating a peanut butter sandwich with meat on top. Not bad but not that good either. Good thing I had Shirley Temple (Sprite with syrup and cherries) and Framboise a.k.a Raspberry dessert beer, to wash it all off. Sorry but I was too shy to get my photo taken in there since, my roommate is friends with most of the bartenders.

Something caught my attention prior to blogging the above story:

Chiriko (of Fushigi Yuugi) had been caught sipping my apple juice

I received my second study modules. It included a pronunciation of Medical Terminology guide in the form of a casette tape. Yes, casette tape! Old skul. Ano kaya yun?!
